  • First time trainees will only have access to the operator 4-1000 line for the first week until they fell comfortable carrying out technical assistance.

  • Trainees are required to shadow an experienced coworker on phones during the first week.

☎️ How to log in to the Operator 4-1000 training line

Note: Below log in steps are different than when you are assigned your own extension

On the Cisco Phone:

  1. Select the Agent Login button.

  2. For Username type either 42381 OR 42382.

  3. For Pin type 1234.

  4. Press the Submit button.

If done correctly, the phone will display a message that login was successful and the phone will restart, the extension will then turn into 42381 OR 42382.

On the Finesse web portal:

  1. For the Username type either 42381 OR 42382 (has to match the extension used for the phone).

  2. For the Password type cisco123.

  3. For the Extension type either 42381 OR 42382 (has to match the extension used for the phone).

  4. Select the Cisco phone from the list of devices then click Continue.

If done correctly, you will see the Finesse web portal and your phone will automatically be put in a Not Ready state. Select Not Ready and set the state to Ready to receive phone calls from the Operator (4-1000) line.
