Customer can lookup their ID on their own using their:
Name
SSN
For Status and Verification
Add/Update a Person (for anyone with SJSU ID)
OKTA Admin (for anyone with SJSU ID - check group and account logs)
LDAP (for anyone with an SJSU ID – more details than Add/Update)
AREYOUTHERE (For EMPLOYEES only - check employment status)
