By adding Learning Spaces to your task bar, you will be able to see all tickets categorized as "Learning Spaces." This feature is exceptionally handy when there are known issues and tickets for classrooms which we support, but have been escalated to higher tiers.

To add this function, follow the directions below:

  1. Go to the plus sign in the upper right corner of your task bar.

  2. A drop menu will appear. Select "Add Personal"

  3. A window will appear asking you to name the new component. Type "Learning Spaces" in the field provided.

  4. You will be redirected to new page with three layout options. Select "Simple"
  5. You will be given the option between two views. Select "Split Views" and then the blue "Finish" button in the bottom right.
  6. You will now have a new component on your Task bar. with two blank boxes. On the left box, click to the drop-down menu that says "Select a View" You will be given the choice of type view you wish to see. Select "Shared Views"
