Fall 2023 Location Renaming
Overview
At the end of the Fall 2023 semester, several locations will be renamed to follow new standardized formatting. In short, locations that represent academic departments will follow the format of “Department of XYZ.” If you have questions or concerns, reach out to SpartanConnect@sjsu.edu.
The change will update all previous, current, and future appointments automatically and without interruption. The change will also update all applicable appointment availability that’s already created. When staff create new availability, they must choose the new location name, as that will be the only version.
