How to download Zoom Desktop Client on Windows v10.16.2025

This is a zoom phone quick start guide for SJSU Enrollment Management individual work zoom phone lines.

 

How to download Zoom Desktop Client on Windows:

  1. If the zoom app is already installed on your system. Open the zoom app from your taskbar and follow procedure from step 5.

  2. If the zoom app is not installed, login to https://sjsu.zoom.us/. Click on “Sign in”. Sign in using your SJSU credential:

  1. You’ll be taken to the SJSU SSO sign in page

  1. Once you validate Duo multifactor log in, you will be taken to your zoom page.

  1. Click on Resources at the top navigation menu, and click Download Center

  1. Download the 64 bit version

  1. Download and save the zoom package. Then double click on the downloaded package and continue with the installation step. Once the download is complete, you will see a zoom icon on your taskbar.

  1. Click the zoom icon and then click Sign in.

  1. Click SSO to sign in using SJSU single sign on.

  1. Once your download is successful, you should see the zoom client with a Phone tab.
