Ticket History

Where to find ticket history?

Click History. A list is displayed for all the activities on the ticket.

The list includes the names of any individual that made a change to the ticket as well as the change that was made.

Most of the information is for internal use only. It is not read to the customer. For example you would be able to tell the customer the date and time correspondence was sent.

 

New Ticket History

  • no entries (only ticket information)

 

 

Implemented Ticket History

  • all of the work done on the ticket is recorded
