- Check the volume level on the iPad. You can control the volume there.
- Ensure that the volume on your device is not on mute.
- VGA: Ensure that the audio cable is plugged into your device.
- HDMI: Ensure that the audio settings are set to "HDMI Output"
- What do I do if the mic batteries are dead and there are no new ones?
- Call ATS (4-2888) will bring out new batteries for the mics.
- How do you use the mics? (If the room is equipped with them)
- Select the microphone you would like to use (handheld or lavalier) and ensure that it has batteries/
- Turn the microphone on, and it will begin to work.
