  • What do I do if there is no audio?
    • Check the volume level on the iPad. You can control the volume there. 
    • Ensure that the volume on your device is not on mute. 
    • VGA: Ensure that the audio cable is plugged into your device.  
    • HDMI: Ensure that the audio settings are set to "HDMI Output" 
  • What do I do if the mic batteries are dead and there are no new ones?
    • Call ATS (4-2888) will bring out new batteries for the mics. 
  • How do you use the mics? (If the room is equipped with them) 
    • Select the microphone you would like to use (handheld or lavalier) and ensure that it has batteries/ 
    • Turn the microphone on, and it will begin to work.Â
