How do I use the smartphone app?
There are 2 ways to use the smartphone app. One way is to have a
By push notification sent to your phone and you tap accept to authenticate. This method requires an internet connection.
By passcode, you would need to open up the app and use the 6 digit pass code provided like the fob. This method can be used without an internet connection.

🗑 Removing a Device
Phone information is not needed to reassign phone.
Upon completion of steps, customers needs to sign in, Duo will walk them through authentication of the new phone.
For in-person help, when adding/replacing a smart device, the customer must have new smart device with them
