What is DUO?

DUO is a phase 2 authentication method used at the school for students, staff, employees, and alumni (up to 1 year after graduation). It prompts users to enter a pass code or approve a push notification after entering their SJSUOne login information.

Who can get DUO?

  • All employees (including student employees, staff, and faculty)

  • All active students

  • All applicants
