  • What do I do if my computer is not displaying?
    • Ensure that the connection is secure, especially if using an adapter. 
    • Ensure that the correct computer input has been selected on the Crestron.

  • What do I do if I can’t connect my iPad?
    • Ensure that you are using the proper adapter (30-pin or Lightning) and that it is securely attached to both the VGA/HDMI cable and your iPad.

  • What do I do if the VGA connection is not working?
  • What do I do if the HDMI connection is not working?
  • What do I do if the in room computer will not turn on?
    • If your computer is shut down you may be able to reach in, by pulling out the document camera and reaching in and around and turning the computer power on in the cabinet. 
  • What do I do if I can’t see my PowerPoint on the screen?
    • If your computer is connected, and you are able to see your screen, but it is not mirrored, you will find computer specific configuration instructions at the link below. 
  • What do I do if I can’t play my YouTube video?
    • Ensure that your device is connected to the internet.  
    • If the issue is with audio: 
      • VGA: Ensure that the audio cable is plugged into your device 
      • HDMI: Ensure that the audio settings are set to "HDMI Output" 
    • If the issue is with playing the video: 
      • Try refreshing the page. 
      • Try playing the video in a different browser. 
      • Try rstarting the computer.
