No Audio
- Make sure the volume on the wallbox is up high enough
- Buttons located on top right side (up and down arrow)
- Check to see if amp is on
- Look at bottom of wallbox
- Look for two red lights (Amp on if lights are seen)
- If amp is off, flip switch on lower left hand side of wallbox
No Audio While Using Computer
Follow all directions above
- Volume on computer must be turned up
- Make sure that VGA audio cable is plugged into the wallbox/wallplate and computer
No Computer Image While Using VGA Cable
- Restart computer with everything connected and projector on
- If there are two computer inputs, tell them to switch to the other computer input to make sure they have the correct cable and input selected
- VGA cable must be properly hooked up to wallbox/wallplate and computer
- Display resolution must be set to 1024x768
- (Other resolutions may work but this is optimum for the projector)
- Adjust laptop for either dual or external monitor support
- Check VGA adaptor to make sure no pins are bent or pushed in
- VGA adaptors usually have at least one missing pin. That is normal
- If customer is using a Mac, they must provide their own VGA adaptor
- If using a Mac adaptor, unplug adaptor from computer end and plug it back in
DVD/VHS Not Playing in DVD/VCR Player
- Eject the DVD/VHS and reload it, this sometimes helps
- DVD player sometimes will not play a burned copy
