Spring 22 - Feature Release
Appointment Campaign Nudges
The messaging features of Appointment Campaigns will be updated to include automated message scheduling by use of “nudges.” This new nudge feature allows for pre-defining messages to be sent to any students that have not yet completed their campaign participation.
A new guide for using Appointment Campaigns has been created that incorporates these new changes.
What’s Different?
Warning: The ability to send invitations to newly added students in the campaign has been removed. The workaround is to send newly added students a manual nudge.
With this update, the ability to manually send a reminder email still exists, but would be configured as a nudge and can only be sent on a future date. Students can still be messaged, but it won’t be part of the campaign and won’t include their unique campaign scheduling link.
The update also enables email open and click tracking. Each nudge will have metrics for emails sent, emails opened, and scheduling links clicked. These metrics are useful but shouldn’t be treated as 100% accurate due to the use of tracking blockers.
The main campaigns page has been updated to display the overall campaign metrics now as progress bars rather than pie charts. The data still remains available, but with a different graphics format. Campaign status is now more visible: draft, active, or expired.
