Service Desk Training
What we do?
We provide customer service via phone, chat, video conferencing, and live chat. IT Service Desk provide assistance with all SJSU account login issues. In addition we provide download assistance with SJSU supported software and tools. Residents have access to the computer lab located in Campus Village B (CVB) computer lab. Clark lab, located in Clark Hall room 102 is open to All SJSU students staff and faculty.
