Mixer Mode Settings (Marissa)

If there is a call that the mics are on, but are not producing audio, more than likely the system is set to Mixer mode. Often times, after and event in the room, it will not get switched back to the correct mode. To remedy this, follow the directions below:

- Go to the AV rack on the stage and open the cage-like panel on the left.
- On the Crestron Panel inside, turn the system off using the red power button on the screen.
- Press the screen to start up the room after it has completely cycled through its shut down procedure.
- You will be prompted to enter a password (2012).
- After entering the password, you will be given two options, select "Standard"
- After this, the room will start up and the microphones should work as normal.
