Add Assets on iSupport

1. Sign into isupport.sjsu.edu/rep

2. Click the light bulb on the top left and select Asset.

3. This will give you the Select Asset Type window:

4. Select the appropriate asset that you need to add

5. In the next table, pay attention to what type of asset you are adding. Once you're done filling out the asset, Save and Exit

For example, Adding a Roku Box Assets

1. You will be given a blank New Asset as follows:

2. You will need to fill in the fields: Name, Manufacturer, Model, Location and Serial Number

   1. The serial number in this case will the MAC address of the Roku box (Use scanner)
